MIPO is not mass-produced.
Every MIPO is handmade in Melbourne using carefully selected deadstock fabrics. Each edition is produced in very small numbers and, once a fabric is gone, it will never be made again.
When you purchase a MIPO, you're becoming the custodian of a limited collectible designed to be worn, played with, repaired and passed on.
Returns
MIPO is:
One product.
Size-free
No color choices (per edition).
Limited editions.
Exchanges can only be done if the mipo received is faulty, can't be repaired and if the edition is not sold out.
If you've changed your mind, you can cancel the order writhing an e-mail to contact@mipostudio.com. If the may request a return within 14 days of receiving your MIPO. To be eligible, your MIPO must be returned:
unworn
unwashed
complete with all original pieces
in its original condition
Because every edition is extremely limited, we cannot accept returns on worn or incomplete MIPOs.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives faulty.
Feel free to e-mail us at contact@mipostudio.com if your mipo is faulty. We'll repair it and send it back.
Faulty means: ripped seams.
The pack comes with spare snap buttons in the rare case some of them fall out or some are missing.
Limited Editions
Deadstock fabrics mean every edition is finite.
Once an edition sells out, it cannot be reproduced. If you request an exchange after your edition has sold out, we'll do our best to offer another available edition or store credit.
Repairs Before Replacements
MIPO is designed to last.
Whenever possible, we will repair individual pieces or components instead of replacing the entire system.
If a stitch fails, we'll make it right.
Handmade Nature
Every MIPO is handmade, one piece at a time.
As with any handcrafted object, slight variations are a natural part of the making process and are not considered faults. These may include minor differences in the length of matching pieces, the placement of snap buttons, or the alignment of stitching.
Each MIPO is carefully crafted to the highest standard, but no two are ever perfectly identical—that's part of what makes each one unique.
Lost Pieces
A MIPO is a modular system made from individual components. To create a garment you won't need all the pieces at the same time. So, you can still make a good use of mipo if you loose any of the pieces.
We won't take any responsibility if you loose any of the pieces.
Certificate of Authenticity
Every MIPO includes its own Certificate of Authenticity, identifying its edition and production.
Your certificate belongs with your MIPO and contributes to its story as a collectible object.

We don't design clothing for seasons.
